This Privacy Policy describes how PBN Technologies LLC ("PBN," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the PBN Command Center portal and the PBN SMS program (collectively, the "Services"). The Services include applications operated by PBN and its affiliates — Serhant Associates, ShopHealthcare, and North Bay Road Capital.

By using the Services, including by texting our SMS assistant "Alfred," you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you directly submit to us, including:

Your mobile phone number when you opt in to the SMS program
Messages you send to our SMS assistant
Account credentials (username, password) for portal access
Configuration data and preferences you enter into the portal
API keys you choose to save locally for third-party service integrations

Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with the Services we may automatically collect:

Timestamps of messages and portal activity
Mobile carrier information (from your SMS provider)
Technical data such as browser type and device type, solely for service delivery

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the Services, including to:

Deliver SMS messages and respond to your text commands
Authenticate portal sessions and provide a secure, personalized experience
Process operational tasks within the portal (tasks, calendar, briefings, alerts)
Maintain logs for debugging, security, and service reliability
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

SMS Program Data Use: Information collected through the SMS program — including your mobile number and message content — is used solely to deliver the requested Services. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all partners, affiliates, and third parties regardless of business relationship.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers who deliver the Services on our behalf (e.g., Twilio for SMS transmission, Anthropic for AI processing, Supabase for secure data sync, Netlify for hosting). These providers are contractually bound to use data only to perform their services.
Legal compliance when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PBN, our users, or others.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy protections described here.

We never share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for marketing, and we do not allow our service providers to use SMS data for their own marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Portal configuration data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and, when you provide a Supabase key, optionally synced to your private Supabase project under your control. API keys you enter in the portal are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to PBN servers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including TLS encryption in transit and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.

Your Choices & Rights

SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also opt out by contacting us directly using the information below.

Access & Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by SMS before they take effect.
