These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PBN Command Center portal, the PBN SMS program (the "Alfred" assistant), and related services operated by PBN Technologies LLC (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

By providing your mobile number and opting in to the Services, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from PBN Technologies LLC at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of the Services. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.
The Services are provided for the use of PBN's CEO and authorized operators of PBN Technologies LLC. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the entities whose information you access. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and API keys. API keys entered into the portal are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to PBN servers. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Services integrate with third-party providers including Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data sync), Netlify (hosting), Finnhub (market data), and others. Use of those integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PBN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PBN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. INFORMATION DELIVERED BY ALFRED, INCLUDING MARKET DATA AND NEWS DIGESTS, IS INFORMATIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PBN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. PBN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBN Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by SMS before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
